Our four seminars for 2007 were held in vineyards and cellars, and covered topics from History & Viticulture and Soils & Climate to Winemaking Trends and Flavor Profiles. In between, delicious lunches held at Iron Horse and La Crema gave our guests time to chat with winemakers and growers.
